This movie is about these guys who have to remake
all of the movies at a video store after every tape
gets erased by accident. They make low budget
versions called "sweeded" movies that excite the
community, but they have to deal with people
messing with them very hard.

I was laughing my head off very hard at parts of this,
and I did not fall asleep when I saw it in the theatre.
Overall I found this movie to be a very enjoyable one.
I liked all of the actors. I'd see Jack Black and Mos
Def team up again for sure. Danny Glover is cool.
Mia Farrow and Melonie Diaz were great in this
movie too. People have told me they were
disapointed with the movie. It's cool to get excited,
but I think it's a mistake to build a movie up before
you see it... but I can understand that complaint sort
of. I thought this movie would have been better if
Michel Gondry had another person helping him write
it. There were details and resolutions I would have
liked to see. It felt like good scenes were cut out. I
also wished they made more sweeded versions of
movies, and released them for free over i Tunes to
get people excited for the movie, because those
adaptations were exremely funny when I did see
them. Overall I like it a lot.

It seems like there is a backlash against
"quirky" things these days, and haters will enjoy
stepping on this film, but I had a blast watching it. If
you're a hater you can either watch somehting else,
or blame nobody but yourself when you see this and
get all bitter afterwards.
