Batman Returns

This movie was a pretty cool journey into some freaky, gothic
world. I have respect for Tim Burton for delivering two hours of
that fire. I saw this in a packed movie theatre on opening night,
and the movie commanded the audience. It was a blockbuster
smash. Everybody was on smash. YO- I'M TELLING YOU THIS!
YESSSSS BABY!!! Some people want to lie like they don't like
Batman. Whatever. It was cool the way they marketed the movie
for me, because I was 12 and I went to McDonalds often. They had
all these cool plastic collectible soda cups that you could take
home and use for having milk & cookies, drinking large portions
of really good juice, or having a good amount of water by your
bedside. The problem is this though: the movie scared parents
and kids, and since they were puss, the movie studio changed the
Batman movies after that into some pretty whack movies.
Batman Begins brought it back to the coolness though, and Dark
Knight really had people on smash once again.
I like Michael Keaton as Batman. I thought he did a fine job
representing as Bruce Wayne too. I really admire how Michelle
Pfeiffer got so crazy as Catwoman, and Danny DeVito was great
as the Penguin. I enjoyed the slamming action, and I also got a
kick out of the funny parts in this movie. So in conclusion, this
movie is a textbook example of what a blockbuster is. The
marketing behind this beast was colossal, and the movie
delivered to the fans and to the streets.
